14- Halfway Reflection
It is not easy to come up with ideas and I would say this past few weeks has been a struggle to get creativity out. This not only affects this class, but also my architecture design class. I have pushed through though because I went back to the basics. I sat down and just sketched some things. For me drawing is an outlet that helps me generate ideas while focusing my mind on something relaxing. I feel like I developed a tenacious attitude over the past two months. I think this is due to my true passion for design. I think this world is in desperate need of design at every aspect of life and I feel I can provide that.
I would say my first tip for someone entering entrepreneurship would be to find what you are passionate about. I you are not passionate about what you are doing then what is the point. Find what makes you happy and life will reward you. Next I would say that time management is key. My schedule is mostly consumed by my architecture class so not as much of my time gets put into thinking about this class. I feel there is a bond between these two classes that helps me solve problems for both though. My last tip would be break your routine and observe. You would be surprised what helpful information is out there. You just have to sit and observe to spark solutions.

Baron,
ReplyDeleteI thought you gave some solid tips in this reflection. Time management has been a struggle for me as well. With a busy schedule and a full time job, it has been very hard to keep up with the pace of this and my other courses. I know that putting in the hard work right now will pay off in the end. I think this class has helped me see things in a different perspective on many things too. It really makes a difference when you actually observe things.
